I think there is a way to build packages for slow architectures faster.
They can be built over Internet using trusted developer's computers with
a help of hardware emulators.  Such remote computers may freely be
shutdown.  In such case wip/distbb will continue to work redistributing
failed packages to another free client host as soon as it appears.  It
also probes shutdown hosts every 5 minutes (by default), so they will be
used again as soon as they become available.
