Hmmm, that is a slight cause for concern.
Did it send out a rebind request that looks ok?

I guess it did not, the only thing I see on
tcpdump -n -p -i pppoe0 port 546 or port 457
is:

Is the delegation you got the same as the previous one?

Yes, but it's a static delegation so I wouldn't expect something different.
I don't know what the remote end expects, maybe when a new pppoe session
starts, dhcp state is reset ? This would be consustent with the IPv6
route for my prefix being lost ...

Could you add the debug directive to /etc/dhcpcd.conf and get some logs about what it claims it's doing please?
