I use pkgsrc/net/pptp plus pkgsrc/net/mppe-lkm regularry and it works
very good. My NetBSD version is 5.1

Sometimes I had to add/remove options to pttp for that It works, but
it has been always a pptp issue, not a NetBSD issue.

The page http://pptpclient.sourceforge.net/howto-diagnosis.phtml
always have solved the problems that I had.
