give FAST_IPSEC a try

FAST_IPSEC wasn't MP safe so far. I think I've improved this
by my recent round of commits (thanks to Wolfgang Stukenbrock).
It works well for me now on a dual-core i386, without hardware
crypto acceleration.
FAST_IPSEC has the potential to deploy multiple CPUs, or hardware
support, for better performance. Please test it on -current
if you can.
