scanning ...wiconfig: ioctl: No such file or directory

I don't know if this broke on today's update, but I have also been running 
4.99.55 for past week. I know it worked previously on 4.0_RC2.

HEAD from today:

I am using ral0 on usb right now.


I looked at ktrace but not sure which ioctl failed. Here are the last few:
