in 3RDPARTY, but see 3.0.6, 3.1.0, 3.1.1b1, 4.0.0., 4.1.0a1 at www.isc.org.

pkgsrc has the latest stable 3.x and 4.x releases in HEAD if you wantedto use that initially.
