This sounds really good. However, I have to warn you: this project is
more a userland project than a kernel project, and the amount of kernel
work will be limited.

That is absolutely fine with me. I hope it will help me know where to look
when I find myself lost in the source code and moreover, I will get the chance
to interact with the developers who built it. So, I am really looking forward
to doing this project.
