xen crashes when DomU uses X11, after a while

Hi i have setup a netbsd dom0 in xen

When booting into a xen Dom0, Netbsd amd64.
and starting up a Gui environemnt, it runs fine for a while, but after some short time, it get slow and then freezes. I "heard" that this could be because im using the modular xorg. from pkgsrc. But i can't find a reference to that anymore.
When not using the xen hypervisor(?), i got no problems.

There nothing untowards in the Xorg.o.log file. (ie. no messages except for normal startup messages).

So does anyone have a clue as where to look?

i boot into this (line form boot.cfg, there is more)

ps i've heard that xen questions should be here rather than port-xen
i hope this is correct ?.
