Or typing "PIP *.*;*/DE" instead of "PIP *.*;*/PU" on RSX11/M

Or exiting the editor with 'ED' after creating a new file, when it would
get the file generation number, subtract 1 and instead of deleting the
'old' file actually delete the one it just wrote! (since 0 => newest).
