Why isn't "arc" listed above?

Why isn't "cats" listed above?

Why isn't "zaurus" listed above?

Also why doesn't "arc" have LISTS+=           
${DISTRIBDIR}/common/list.inet6 ? (Or maybe I overlooked it?)
