that's a reason for having an upto-date man.netbsd.org (which it is not!),
not one of bloating every users' harddisk.

This would be cool.

  1. Place the HTML documentation in a separate set.
  2. Install the HTML documentation in such a way that when bozohttpd is
     turned on, the documentation is served up with the default
     configuration, say with a template /index.html that has a NetBSD
     logo, a link to the NetBSD web site, PR database, etc as well as a
     link to the local /docs/index.html
