   more. (I wonder if the code even all works right any more...)


all david did was make it *possible* to turn them off.
he didn't change the default in anyway.  i don't think
that we should change the default for either of these.
(i didn't think you cared about slow machines anymore :-)


who says quotas aren't normal?  your world isn't everyone
else's.  plenty of people use them, they work just fine.
there is, infact, a PR from kre to update the code!
