misc/8551: /var/spool/lpd vs /var/spool/output

Looking at this further, the lpr tools default to using
/var/spool/output, leaving /var/spool/lpd unused, though all
the entries in /etc/printcap explicitly specify sd=, so it
probably does not matter in practice.

I think we should convert all lpr paths to one of /var/spool/lpd
or /var/spool/output and nuke the other.

Keeping /var/spool/lpd means changing more, but it is what
I've seen other systems use, and its more consistent.

        Thoughts?
