I had a note about xen_shm_machdep.c ... but I don't remember the
details. The lists probably needs something better than splvm()
protection.
It looks like xenevt.c and xengnt.c are mp-safe.

In xenbus_probe.c the tsleep on xenstored_ready looks suspicious.
