Thanks, and HOWTO updated again.

Someone could lmbench on the same hardware with i386 and amd64 on bare
metal, and then with Xen (4.6?) with a i386PAE dom0, and an amd64 dom0.
Then, for each dom0 type, both kinds of domU.  That's 8 runs, so it
should be a feasible project.
