You either need an "amd64" kernel (arch/amd64/conf/XEN3_DOMU) or "i386 PAE"
kernel (arch/i386/conf/XEN3PAE_DOMU). There is no PAE mode for amd64 kernel
domU.

However: I don't know whether domU kernels will work from scratch with Xen
3.2, so YMMV.
