Hello,

another minor update - I added support for drawing dashed lines. It hasn't been well tested so the pattern might be wrong in some funny way.

(II) crime(0): Using XFree86 Acceleration Architecture (XAA)
        Screen to screen bit blits
        Solid filled rectangles
Indirect CPU to Screen color expansion
        Solid Lines
        Dashed Lines
        Scanline Image Writes
        Offscreen Pixmaps
Setting up tile and stipple cache:
                32 128x128 slots
                12 256x256 slots
(II) crime(0): Using acceleration

Just for kicks I built xfce4 - with wsfb it wouldn't come anywhere near working since cairo freaked out about the pixel format. To my surprise it actually works pretty well, it's a lot faster than I expected but the big catch is this - window borders are not drawn at all. Which means xfwm always draws window borders entirely by software. Now I only need to find out what exactly it uses to draw them and fix that. I wonder what other operations the Xserver doesn't even try to accelerate.

have fun
Michael
