I expect that OF is rejecting hd:2 as it's marked as type Apple_Free
(not a partition). What you could try instead is to put the ofwboot*
and netbsd* files on the MacOS partition and try a similar command
using hd:3 instead.

Another item to look at is using ofwboot.xcf instead of ofwboot.elf.
At some point ofwboot.xcf became usable on all macppc machines.
