Acard 6280 (!M: the pc version).
Actually I don't think I can boot from it... I had a memory of having flashed it.

Is it using a CMD chip by any chance? That would explain the flakiness in NetBSD.

Anyway, does it behave any different with the disk hooked up to an onboard IDE port?
