The problem detailed in the posting below has
been reported to this mailing list before:

first instance powermac 7300
http://mail-index.netbsd.org/port-macppc/2004/05/15/0000.html

second on an iBook
http://mail-index.netbsd.org/port-macppc/2004/06/11/0004.html

a bug was then filed as PR #25709 on 25/5/04 but that report remains open.

third on a 6400
http://mail-index.netbsd.org/port-macppc/2004/07/15/0008.html

I would like to add that I have had the same problem after
booting from the install floppies for 2.0 200407150000 on my
powerbook 2400c (which works fine under 1.6.2).
