I'm down in South America, yet let me bring to your attention the
availability of package forwarding firms (just google "get a US
shipping address" "get a mailbox in the USA", and you will find plenty
of options).

Many of these let you buy from ebay sellers that ship only to the
continental U.S., then consolidate several purchases into a single box
and have it mailed back to your home country.

It's really convenient. just my $0.02
