I just checked the latest 603eUM from 2002 (Q2/02 REV 3). Some changes to
your table:

0110 6  2.5x
1001 9  no info
1010 10 4x
1100 12 1.5x
1110 14 3.5x

Those new values all match with the 604e PLLs, but some, like 0010 and 0101,
are still wrong. So you are probably right that we could use the 604e PLL
table for the 603e as well.

Still absent. But it would match the 604e PLL.
