I couldn't reproduce that. Did you update to the latest netbsd-7 source and
rebuilt everything from scratch?

Indeed. After a normal multiuser boot, which takes ages with 7.0, I already
have nearly 4000 60intemu/sec.

Hm. I always wanted to test that. How are you doing that? Define "COPTS+="
in /etc/mk.conf, or via an option for build.sh?
