Ariadne II card

Hi,

Some of this is off topic.

I bought a new X-surf, but I don't think it changed anything.

ne1 is the the x-surf. I am still getting this error with a new x-surf
card that I bought from software hut. The Ariadne II (ne0) is working
fine. So, I don't think it is a hardware issue with my 2000. I have looked
on the NetBSD site and I was able to find that the last update to the
driver was in 1.4.2 (Unless there is something else that could cause
this). So, I am not sure why it has worked so well for other people,
although I guess it could be because they had a 3000 or 4000. If anyone
has any ideas on what I could do to fix this, please send them my way.

In the meantime, I have decided to look for another Ariadne II. I would be
happy to buy or trade one of my x-surfs including the new one I just
bought for an Ariadne II. Please let me know if anyone would be agreeable
to this.

Personally I think that the x-surf is a better card, I just wish that I
could get it to work in my comptuer.

Thanks,
Al
