Hi Manuel, Zafar,

thanks again for your very quick help.

I mananged to get it running by newfs the filesystem again with a 
blocksize of 65536, afterwards the problem vanishes.

But afterwards I also updated to 5.0.1, just in case the problem would 
hit me.

I will now test the filesystem a bit more before I put in into production.
