Hrmph. Ok. Well, I've managed to track down an ISA version of this
card (a DE202). Once it arrives I'll be able to debug a bit more
directly on my AXPpci33.

Update:
I have found another DE205 and it works :)

However I have to remove the EISA DE422 because if it is in, then there
is no activity on the DE205. Strange, but I am unable to find out what
causes this.
What I have figured out is that the DE205 should be at IRQ5 and 2K
(starting at: D0000) as it is factory configured and to reconfigure I
have to find a ISA PC to run the setup utility.
So I have tried some other EISA settings on the DE422 to have both cards
in the machine.
One time when I configured with 32K (the default is 64K) surprisingly
there were no error message at depca2, but there were no link on the
DE205...

[ 1.0000000] le0: 32 receive buffers, 8 transmit buffers
[ 1.0000000] depca2: interrupting at edge (eisa irq 10 trigger)
