Pudget Sound Data Systems (www.psds.com) sold me a DS10L about two years ago
via eBay, came with a working install of OpenVMS 7 and licenses.

(not affilated with them, just a happy customer.)

Checking eBay, there seems to be plenty for buy-it-now at the moment.



Back to the original question, a 164LX in a 2 or 3U rackmount ATX case would 
work fine;
Just have fun flashing the BIOS :)
