Hi! We have, since 2000, a package for the old 4.x release of gnuchess, before the complete rewrite in 5.0. There was no reason given when gnuchess4 was imported, so I don't know why we have two versions. We have a (nearly) current version 6.2.9 in games/gnuchess. Does anyone have a reason why gnuchess4 should be kept? Thomas
