math/R on Darwin 23.6.0/aarch64

Hi.
Recent bulkbuild for Darwin 23.6.0/aarch64 fails for math/R constantly.

I've checked two Mac boxes and both have this file.

- 25.5.0 Mac Air
- 21.6.0 Mac mini

and for example:
the latter case has followng Symlink:

   lrwxr-xr-x  1 root  wheel   38 Feb 19  2024 zoneinfo -> /var/db/timezone/tz/2023d.1.0/zoneinfo

Does your box have this symlink ?
