Any help will be appreciated. Should I fill a PR?
Could you see if it's a ctype(3) abuse issue?

netbsd-x260$ export LIBC_ALLOWCTYPEABUSE=true
netbsd-x260$ xephem

It works now.

Thanks. I will see about this, but I'm unclear on the status of xephem
upstream. It does seem there is a new maintainer.

I suspect NetBSD is fussier about ctype(3) and we'll have to fix it, but
I would very much want anything we fix filed upstream.

Hi Greg,

Just curious, why does xephem work on the RPi4 aarch64 and does not crash? are not the ctype functions abused the same way?

Regards.
Ramiro.
