doesn't just sound like it. What's there is really how it is. Just an
email with an ssh public key (perhaps from somebody who is a little bit
known but Sad Clouds is vastly over that bar).
As someone who can add things to pkgsrc, I vastly prefer that
contributions be in wip. That way they can be tested, looked at,
TODO-items added, tweaked, etc. all in-tool without any in/out of email.
