Could someone with pkgsrc access add the license to the pkgsrc/licenses
dir and import the packages from wip?

wip/mbrolavox-en1
wip/mbrolavox-us1
wip/mbrolavox-us2
wip/mbrolavox-us3

If the patches of wip/mbrola are included upstream I'll update
the package when a new release is made.
