We are really early in the branch cycle, so there's no formal approval required, just the always-concept that the update be expected not to regress. Of your list, the only thing that I'd really want to see is NetBSD 9 amd64 firefox-run and I can start doing that. I'm guessing someone will test on illumos/mac/linux and maybe FreeBSD. It's a really interesting question of how many people there are out there that still care about NetBSD 8, and if any of those people would like to build rust from wip and build librsvg. I guess we can see if any speak up.
