On NetBSD/amd64 9.99.88, I'm getting a build success, ... nearly:
=> Checking for RELRO in gcc10-aux-10.3.0nb1
ERROR: gcc10-aux/lib/gcc/x86_64--netbsd/10.3.0/adalib/libgnarl-10.so: missing RELRO
ERROR: gcc10-aux/lib/gcc/x86_64--netbsd/10.3.0/adalib/libgnat-10.so: missing RELRO
*** Error code 1
