pkgsrc-2020Q1.tar.* is an archive of the tag, i.e. when the branch was
created.  pkgsrc.tar.* is an archive of the current state of the
branch, so includes any backports.

Neither of them are pkgsrc-current, that's in the /pub/pkgsrc/current/
directory.
