That seems to have done the trick on that.
I restored the original "qt5-qttools/Makefile" and it installed
correctly w/o needing the patch.
So some strange interaction with dbus, qt5-qtbase, in spite of having
a "-dbus" option caused qt5-qttools to build dbus support stuff but
rightly exclude it from the PLIST. Rebuilding qt5-qtbase solved it.
