print/pdf2djvu build failure on Linux/64

Hi,

$ uname -a
Linux e130 4.9.0-8-amd64 #1 SMP Debian 4.9.110-3+deb9u6 (2018-10-08)
x86_64 GNU/Linux

I'm trying to build print/pdf2djvu but it fails. I've tried this on
both the stable and the current branch.

I've found this in work/.pkg-config.log:
exiv2 NOT-FOUND

And just before building:

WARNING: Updating XMP metadata will be disabled.
Please consider installing the Exiv2 and libuuid libraries to enable this
feature.
=> Overriding intltool.
WARNING: *** Please consider adding c to USE_LANGUAGES in the package Makefile.
===> Building for pdf2djvu-0.9.10nb12

I've added c to USE_LANGUAGES in Makefile. This will remove the
warning but will still fail to build.
