netsurf bug: shall we downgrade the pkgsrc version

I recently upgraded netsurf to 3.8 which is pkgsrc's latest version.

It is found that the version has some bug due to which some websites are
rendered incorrectly, cutting a significant part of left of the page.

The issue has already been logged upstream and I have received a
confirmation that at present 3.7 is the better option.

Would it be prudent for pkgsrc to rollback the upgrade and go to 3.7?

Wanted to place a link to the mailing list trail, though can't find Apr 19
archives as yet.
