     Some of these things will provide default answers, but you
don't need to do anything.  The only requirement is that you have
a functioning mail system.  All you have to do is type, "send-pr".
This will start $EDITOR with a template of the PR form.  All you
do is fill in the blanks, exit the editor, and send it (you get a
small menu when you exit the editor).  If you don't have a functioning
mailer, you can use the web form at http://gnats.netbsd.org/ .
