On netbsd-7 i386, "libcaca" builds just fine.  Perhaps the versioning is
confusing something?  Not expecting an 8?

On both -7 and -8, "libcaca"'s "config.h" indicate that "endian.h" is not
available.  What makes the build on -8 think it is (and then fail to find
it)?  What makes the build on -current try to use those macros?
