After rebuilding all packages registering a "REQUIRES" of "libstdc++.so.7",
the following packages in my usual complement still report REQUIRES of
"libstdc++.so.7":

exempi-2.3.0nb4
aspell-0.60.6.1nb7
libzmf-0.0.1nb4
icu-59.1nb1
smpeg-0.4.4nb16
fltk-1.3.3nb3
qt3-libs-3.3.8nb31
bmp-0.9.7.1nb40
qt4-libs-4.8.7nb7
qt4-tools-4.8.7nb2
qcad-3.16.7.0
ilmbase-2.2.0nb2
openexr-2.2.0nb3
libaudiofile-0.3.6nb1
glew-1.13.0
cinepaint-0.22.1nb30
soundtouch-1.9.0
enigma-1.01.1914nb7
libwps-0.4.3nb4
libmspub-0.1.2nb12
libstaroffice-0.0.2nb2
graphite2-1.3.10
coinmp-1.8.3
libmwaw-0.3.7nb4
hunspell-1.3.3nb5
ffmpegthumbnailer-2.0.8nb7
qemu-2.10.0
x265-2.5
x11-links-1.06
snappy-1.1.7
libpagemaker-0.0.3nb4
libclucene-2.3.3.4nb9
openjdk8-1.8.144
libfreehand-0.1.1nb11
rarian-0.8.1nb4
qt3-tools-3.3.8nb18
abiword-3.0.1nb9
firefox52-52.3.0nb2
link-grammar-5.3.7
taglib-1.11.1
libproxy-0.4.15
xerces-c-3.2.0
id3lib-3.8.3nb5
aiksaurus-1.2.1nb4

Of these, "devel/snappy" and "games/enigma" fail to build. "snappy"
complains of undefined references and "enigma" and "xerces-c" can't
agree on which c++ flavor (11 or 14) to follow.

/usr/lib/libstdc++.so.7.4 is not considered obsolete by 'postinstall',
so remains on the system.
