Solved - user error (Re: Problems with pkgsrc cvs updates)

Sorry for the noise...
The new IP for anoncvs.netbsd.org had been an attack host at some time in
the past - possibly years - and I had a block action in my ipf
rules...ping bypassed this rule hence not seeing the issue at first with
ping..
