dconf dependency, where?

Hi!

At which level should pkgsrc depend on dconf?

I got a personal email that gnucash doesn't keep its preferences any
longer since the latest major update (I had noticed that too) and that
the reason supposedly is a missing dconf dependency.

Since dconf uses glib2, we can't let glib2 depend on it. But where do
should we add this dependency?
