(cross/avrdude) Update to 6.0.1

Hi,
I'd like to update cross/avrdude from 5.11 to 6.0.1,
which is in wip now. To do so, we need following

Import as from wip
(libftdi1-1.0)   as devel/libftdi1
(libconfuse-2.7) as devel/libconfuse
(libhid-0.2.16)  as devel/libhid

Modify for Dragonfly
  Add DragonflyBSD support to libusb1
  http://gnats.netbsd.org/47042 
  (libusb1-1.0.9)  devel/libusb1
  -- Is builtin.mk necessary ?
    DragonFly-3.[0-467] doesn't seem to have equivalent (even
    similar) builtin.
