json-c and https

In the recent json-c update, FETCH_USING=curl disappeared.
json-c has https:// as its master site.

All is well on -current, with its shiny new https-enabled ftp :-)

Question is what to do about NetBSD 6.1.2:
- shouldn't be using pkgsrc-current?
- change MASTER_SITES to http:// which seems to work?
- put FETCH_USING=curl back?
- copy the tar.gz file to ftp.netbsd.org?
