obache found out that he had to remove
 Option "Protocol" "wskdb"
 Option "Device "/dev/wskbd"
from his InputDevice section, then it worked again.

The autodetection is better in this release, but why explicit
mentioning it doesn't work, I don't know.

Just so that this has a chance to be found when someone has the same
problem....
