wip/netatalk fails in install phase

Hi,

I'm trying to build netatalk-3 from wip/netatalk. Here's the error 
(right at the end of the build during install)...

/usr/bin/install -c -o root -g wheel -m 644 afp.conf 
/pkg_comp/obj/pkgsrc/wip/netatalk/default/.destdir/etc/netatalk
install: 
/pkg_comp/obj/pkgsrc/wip/netatalk/default/.destdir/etc/netatalk: open: 
No such file or directory
gmake[3]: *** [install-config-files] Error 1
gmake[3]: Leaving directory 
`/pkg_comp/obj/pkgsrc/wip/netatalk/default/netatalk-3.0.4/config'

I have PKG_SYSCONFBASE=/etc. The build is putting everything in 
.destdir/usr/pkg/etc/netatalk, not honoring PKG_SYSCONFBASE. But it 
isn't consistent in the install phase. Not sure how to fix this...
