It's really hard to tell with what you posted.   Are you using a pkgsrc
tree that is *complete* and *entirely* from pkgsrc-2013Q1?   It is not
ok to mix dates in a source tree, or to mix source dates/branches with a
binary build.

(I have not tried mysql support with dovecot; I use it without a db.)
