Firefox/Thunderbird esr 10.0.4 update

Hi,

ftp://ftp.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD/misc/veego/mozilla_esr_1004.patch
contains a patch to update the ESR versions of Firefox and Thunderbird 
to 10.0.4.

It compiles but other than that it is completely untested.
Feel free to use it for updating the packages.

Note that releases.mozilla.org does not have the esr files so
I added pv-mirror01.mozilla.org which seems to have all releases
including the esr files.
