pkg_view missing

Hi,

are pkgviews supported in pkgsrc-2011Q1?
I cannot find the pkg_view binary, when
creating a new pkg tree with

   PKG_INSTALLATION_PREFS= pkgviews overwrite

in mk.conf,
i get an error when trying to build pkgtools/digest
